При двухкратным обращении к этому прокату ответили что 1200 евро будут возвращены в срок от 10 до 15 дней, мол от банка зависит... Вот сидим и ждём чем все это закончится...

You just need to know in advance how the car rental works and about the insurance system. So to speak, prepare for the trip.
